Brittany joined the staff of The Naples Sailing and Yacht Club in 2021, is a full-time resident of Naples, FL since 2019, and a native of Cleveland, OH.
As Director of Membership & Marketing, she leads the Club’s strategic efforts to attract, engage, and retain members through branding, communications, and digital experience initiatives. Brittany is the key liaison between Membership and Club Operations, focused on delivering an elevated and inclusive member journey.
Since joining NSYC, she has led major initiatives including a Club-wide rebrand, the launch of new digital platforms, and enhancements to member communications and engagement strategies. She is also a candidate for the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation.
Before joining NSYC, Brittany held roles with Greystar Real Estate Partners, the PGA TOUR, and ClubCorp. In her free time, she enjoys boating, golf, home renovation, and travel.
