Don Spearman brings a wealth of local maritime knowledge and experience to his role as Dockmaster at the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club. A familiar face to many in the Naples boating community, Don previously served as Dockmaster at the Naples City Dock, where he earned a reputation for outstanding service, operational expertise, and strong relationships with boaters and marina professionals alike.
At NSYC, Don oversees all aspects of marina operations, including dockage, vessel safety, and member service. His hands-on approach, deep understanding of Gulf Coast boating, and commitment to hospitality ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for both members and visiting yachtsmen.
When he’s not on the docks, Don enjoys spending time on the water and sharing his passion for boating with others.
