Manny Blanco

General Manager

Manny Blanco joined the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club as General Manager in 2004 and is a native of Naples, Florida. Before joining NSYC, Manny oversaw The Estuary Clubhouse at Grey Oaks Country Club.
Manny has extensive experience in food and beverage operations, clubhouse renovations, membership recruitment, human resource management, and staff development. Additionally, Manny is a Certified Club Manager with the Club Managers Association of America. His education includes a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Florida.
At the helm of NSYC, Manny leads by example, setting high standards for excellence, professionalism, and commitment that inspires Club staff to go above and beyond for every Member. Manny's vast knowledge and expertise has been instrumental in transforming NSYC into one of the most vibrant and sought-after boating, dining, and social destinations in Southwest Florida. Manny's passion for innovation and an unwavering commitment to quality while constantly seeking new and better ways to serve our Membership creates an exceptional experience for all.
