Mike Moy serves as the Facilities & Assistant Dock Master at The Naples Sailing & Yacht Club, playing a vital role in maintaining the high standards of excellence and safety throughout our Club's Marina and grounds. A dedicated full-time team member, Mike supports daily marine operations alongside Dockmaster Don, assists in coordinating slip assignments, and ensures that all facilities—from docks to Club infrastructure—are well maintained and operating efficiently.
With a strong work ethic and an eye for detail, Mike is known for his proactive approach and steady reliability, whether he's managing routine maintenance or assisting Members with docking needs. His commitment to quality and seamless service makes him an invaluable part of the NSYC team, helping to ensure a premier experience for all who come ashore.
