Rena Voghel serves as the Dining Room Supervisor at The Naples Sailing & Yacht Club, where she plays a key role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our Members and their guests. With a natural talent for hospitality and a calm, professional presence, Rena leads by example and upholds the highest standards of service.
Rena brings a wealth of experience in fine dining and private club environments, and her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and team-first approach make her an invaluable part of the Food & Beverage leadership team. She is deeply committed to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room, while ensuring that every service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
